Terms of Service
These Terms describe how Invia works for private dashboard users, organization members, and people who open public property share pages.
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Invia helps authorized real estate professionals manage properties, clients, matches, and tokenized public share pages. These Terms are written to match the way the product actually works today.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern your use of Invia and any related public pages, dashboard features, or support channels we make available.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who may use Invia
Invia is built for real estate professionals and organizations that manage properties, clients, matches, and share links.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and only use an account if you have authority from the organization that owns it.
3. Accounts, invitations, and access
Access to the private dashboard is controlled through authenticated accounts and organization membership.
If you are invited to join an organization, you are responsible for using the invitation link securely and for notifying us if you believe an invite or session has been compromised.
4. Dashboard features
The dashboard allows authorized users to create and manage properties, clients, matches, and share links.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you upload or enter is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the property or client relationship it describes.
5. Public share links
Invia lets authorized users create tokenized public share pages for properties.
Those public pages may display property details, photos, contact options, and other visibility settings chosen by the organization. Share links may be revoked or regenerated at any time by an authorized user.
You should treat share links as public-facing distribution tools. Do not publish a share link if you are not prepared for the selected property information to be viewed by third parties.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or abuse public share pages, or use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.
You may not upload content that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
7. Third-party services
Invia relies on third-party services to host data, manage authentication, and deliver messages. Those services may process data under their own terms and privacy practices in addition to ours.
We may also use email delivery providers and infrastructure providers to operate the service and send account or support-related messages.
8. Intellectual property and content
We own the Invia service, software, and branding, excluding content that you or your organization upload or submit.
You retain rights in your own property, client, and message content to the extent allowed by law, and you grant us the limited right needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
We do not promise that public share pages, dashboard features, or any contact or notification workflow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business use case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
This includes losses related to access interruptions, public link exposure, third-party service failures, or data entered by users with access to your organization.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or used the service in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the system.
You may stop using the service at any time. Organizational access may also end when an admin removes a profile or deactivates the organization’s access.
12. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the platform or by email.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [legal contact email].
These Terms are intended as a practical service policy for Invia and should be reviewed by legal counsel before final publication.
